This month’s edition of my mini fridge!
I just did all my cooking yesterday so it’s wonderfully full of ready-to-enjoy healthy meals. I also decided to start making yogurt & fruit protein smoothies in the morning which is why there’s so many strawberries, yogurts and soy milk. I eat salads nearly every day but instead of trying to keep all the veggies fresh in my tiny fridge I just pack up the Kraft Light dressing I want in a small tupperware and bring it with me to the cafeteria salad bar!
The butternut squash lasagna recipe is here, the risotto recipe will be coming in a few days but in the mean time check out other delicious healthy risotto recipes here!
I spent $69.56 on my mini fridge this week- it’s at the higher end of my budget because I restocked after clearing everything out for Fall Break.

Nice! I spend about 150 dollars on a good week. I’m making stew for this week and I already have snack things so it was only about 70 dollars to pick up stew stuff, a few other things(kale, bagels) and stuff for Brandon.
But this is a great guide even if you aren’t living in college.

Brandon’s sick, so I gave him a green smoothie. First reaction: What the fuck is that. Second reaction: wow this is actually really good.
